Total Control Ask

When responder shows a 3 suiter after 1NT, cueing singleton asks total controls starting with 0-2, 3, 4. In situations where opener has 2NT values the series starts 0-1,2,3. If opener cues again then it asks queens up the line. Nt is substitution for the queen of relay suit.
